I don't agree with the 3% credit card fee. This should be absorbed in with your costs, not to the client.

As usual, when your service team can find the time to squeeze me in, they do a great job. The only complaint I have is one I would have anywhere. Since Covid, everybody’s prices for service has gone up. Just a couple of years ago, I was paying only 50-60 percent of what I am now paying for an oil change.
