Service was fine. Unfortunately you have started charging an extra 3% fee for using a credit card. Your shop has some of the highest rates in the valley already! Now you want to tax people an extra 3%. I have never taken my car to any other shop, but today was the last time I go to Toyota of Walla Walla.
It would be wiser to offer customers a 3% cash discount!
That 3% fee lost you a life long customer today. Very poor management decision to tax your customers an additional 3% when your rates are already high!
