It was really Melissa who saved my impression of your service. I habe been receiving recall notices for over a year now, and have tried several times to schedule the repair but always got the message machine and NO ONE ever returned my call. However, last week, when I spoke with Melissa she was courteous and efficient. She told me the process and took my claim info. Then called me back within the hour to say the parts were already onhand and scheduled me an appointment for the next day!! I am trusting the Austin did a good job with the repair, but I won't know unless there is an accident deploying the airbag and seatbelt lock. Austin was prompt with finishing the work in the estimated time. Thank you.
