Justin was great to work with. I was on a road trip, 400 miles from home, and started having transmission problems. When I called the dealership they were having problems with their phones. He called me back on his personal phone in order to give timely help. He was able to get me into the shop the next day when I arrived in Walla Walla so the problem could be diagnosed. It was determined we shouldn’t continue our trip until the problem was fixed. On Monday Justin kept me up to date when the work was delayed for reasons beyond his control (internet was down so wiring diagrams were not available). He did his best to get my family back on the road as quickly as possible. He was friendly and helpful.
