I was not happy with Danecia but happy with Andre who came to my rescue. My appointment was for 1:00 pm. I arrived at12:45. She was a no show until 1:30! She tried to gaslight me when I told her how unhappy I was by telling me that I was late for the appointment! I told her that I was early and that she was late. I told her that I would not be utilizing her ever again. Andre was able to get my car serviced quickly which I appreciated. He also gave me e a 10% reduction on my bill.

Really frustrating that the time quote was so off. I was 30 mins early, was told it would take 1-1 1/2 hrs. I didn’t even find out what needed to be serviced until well over an hour and a half. Then waiting for it to be done… I was there almost 4 hours. I could have been home - doing errands, chores, preparing food for my family. It’s very frustrating to have a time estimate so far off. I will never stay on site again while I wait.
