We that is my wife, and I found Bill to be calm and collected which helped to reduce my anxiety level in addition, his sense of humor and cooperative attitude gave us confidence that our vehicle was in safe hands and that we would get a good job done. Our expectations were met and the facilities for customers waiting for service at Lexus were pretty good including the refreshments that were available. All in all a somewhat painless experience. Good job Lexus management for picking the right employee and giving him the training needed.
