The car was brought in for a problem with the battery, then tires, and more. The car was kept for five days and when I drove the car home it broke down on the way and had to be toed by Lexus back to the shop where it remains to this day. If the problem is electrical or computer generated why are your service men so confused or unable to accurately solve the problem? Craig C

My son was driving my Lexus car and unfortunately the tires blew up.. my young inexperienced son brought the car to the dealership keyes and this salesperson told my sion he needs to change4 tires because they are worn out. I happened to be away out of state. My son was so lost! He called me and i spoke to the salesperson and he told me the same thing. I told him to run it thru my insurance and he said that its not covered by insurance because tires are all worn out. Southbay dealership did not adviced me to change the tires on the last service. My son has to drive away without changing the tire. I called him back and he said he is going to Southbay.. but the tire is losing pressure and there is no way he will make it.. i told him to bring it back and just change one tire and i will have to deal with it when i come back. To cut story short, the tire got changed and my son is safe. That salesperson is only concerned of selling 4 tires not thinking about the safety of my son.
