Ali was fine. Since my 2025 Lexus NS350 malfunctioned and the run flat tire was shredded and the sensor did not alert me, I asked for a new tire and sensor be installed. I was told
Lexus did not agree to this, and to call Lexus corporate Monday, 10-14!

Bill Horvat was fantastic. The only problem I have is that the GPS panel on the car's dashboard doesn't function, and now I have to return in two days to leave it again. Obviously this is disappointing, time consuming and inconvenient. But the Service Advisor and the rest of the staff have been great. All are friendly and helpful.
I just wish the dashboard had been checked before submitting the car for pick-up.
