My car was washed and waxed before I went to the dealer. I told my service advisor not to have my car washed and he didn’t communicate it. I was very unhappy with my service today. Also, my advisor made a sarcastic comment to me that I could afford the expensive prices of Lexus service. He said to me “You’re a nurse. You can afford it!” I work hard for my money. I don’t appreciate someone judging me and thinking I can be charged more because I work hard for sick people.
