My appointment was scheduled for 2:30pm and I arrived at 2:20pm. I checked in. I was waiting until someone approached me at about 2:50pm while the cars behind me and to my right were all helped before me. The service rep I was scheduled with was sarcastic and rude. I have always had a positive experience with Bill and Anthony and this time was the opposite. I asked if I can also get my car washed because I always get it done and I did not.
