The front desk, the mechanic and service were great. The problem was that I needed a shuttle ride and was forgotten. I ended up having to wait almost 2 hours for my oil change.
My husband also received a phone call from an unidentified person from Evan’s Toyota. My husband couldn’t understand the conversation. It was odd because I was waiting for the shuttle ride at that same time period. I asked the desk if someone had called and they knew nothing about it.

Toyota offered me a 15% discount and service supervisor refused to honor it until I went back home for a printout. My fault for having left it at home but dealership should be aware of offers they have made.

I scheduled an oil change and it took an hour and a half. When I asked why it took so long, I was told that sometimes it takes this long. I know an oil change doesn’t take this long. I was also told it would cost $98 & then was told the final price was $120 bc it took more oil than they originally thought. I’ve had an oil change here before. My car doesn’t change the amount of oil it needs each time. In the past I’ve had good customer service and this time felt like I’ve been lied to. I’m completely disappointed with my experience.
