Brought my vehicle in to your service department for the very first time today. We have had ZERO issues with it until AFTER the service we received. Oil change and fuel system service. Drive out...half way home my vehicle spewed white smoke out the back and completely shut down on one of the busiest roads in Fort Wayne. Then I was passed to someone's voice mail when calling in for help. Had to call back and demand to speak to someone. While I sincerely appreciate the service advisor and his help.. this should have NEVER happened in the first place. I was offered no compensation for all the issues it caused me either. Not a great way to treat a new customer at all.

In addition to performing the usual check-in procedures, Derek went the extra mile by checking the bottom of a door for damage. He then photographed it so I could see what was going on there. Later, he sought me out to go over inspection results as well as the results of the battery test. He took care of getting the weak battery replaced by a new one. I hope to have him as my advisor each time I come in for service!
