I made my appointment 2weeks in advance for 8:30 my car wasn’t done till3:30 when I made the appointment I needed an oil change and I told you I had something rattling under my car and when I picked it up I was told you didn’t do anything about the rattle. So that wasn’t even looked at. I have never had any issues with Warsaw Toyota until this time not quite sure why it took 7 hours for an oil change. I would have understood if you were fixing the rattle issue.
