Overall, service was excellent. However, I was stranded on a trip and in very stressful circumstances. I would have greatly appreciated more proactive communication re: progress on the repair. I had to call at the beginning and end of each day for updates. It would have been greatly appreciated to have been contacted proactively by text or voicemail because I needed to know whether to extend my hotel stay. Overall, I would rate service at 4+ stars...with a little proactive communication, it would have been 5 stars, and would have alleviated some of the stress of being in a breakdown situation far from home.

My problem with what sounds like a belt slipping wasn’t diagnosed. I had my oil changed and tires rotated but I still have an intermittent squeal. It’s not the fault of the tech the belts were fine but I would like to think my service provider would figure this out before I get stranded along the road someday.
