Toyota of Warsaw failed to make me a working duplicate ignition key, said the problem was the engine control unit, wanted $185 just to diagnose the ECU, not to repair.
I went to a locksmith the next day, and while he initially had problems getting the key he cut to code, he got it done, and for an small additional fee, properly coded the key that Warsaw Toyota made as well.
I was told that the tech who failed was their best one. John S
