I was not happy with a 2 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation. That being said, I understand that unforseen delays happen. I would have been much happier if I had received a call explaining the personnel were overbooked and offered a rescheduled appointment. When I checked in I was told about 1 hour. The person in front of me waited for 1+1/2 hrs for the same service. Mine was 30 minutes more. I know the desk person has no control, but a heads up would be helpful.
