This had nothing to do with my Service Advisor. She was great and actually fixed my problem herself. I left the dealership after having my oil changed and tires rotated and fluids topped off. My work order said tire pressure was checked and increased to 35. I went to a store and came out to a low tire pressure alert on my truck. I went back to the dealer for a check and my lady advisor went out and checked my alert and immediately put air in all four tires and I was set to go. Great job to her! She also apologized for the error that was not her mistake. She was very serviced focused. Thanks!

Sales department not helpful. Pulled around to ask for help with navigation. There was a salesman sitting at the table playing on his phone. I pulled up right in front of him
He could see me thru the glass. He did not move. I went inside and he still didn't move. Walked out without getting help
