Matt Petscher did a wonderful and awesome job of checking me in and out and explaining everything that they did to my car. The technician Richard Stewart did an excellent job of servicing my car and did everything that I asked them to do. He even worked through his lunch, break in order to help me get out in a timely manner as I was waiting. This was a three to four hour service as it was the 100,000 mile maintenance. I was very pleased with the service and feel that they went above and beyond to do it in a timely and professional manner.
