I had to bring my car back the day after new back up camera was installed because they failed to program it so it would show the lines for backing up. I returned it the follow day and I did not get an apology or any explanation and felt as though it might’ve been my fault that it didn’t work right. I have always had excellent experience with service at Toyota but was very disappointed and having to bring my car back when someone should have checked to make sure that it was done right in the first place. An apology would have gone a long way.

Fred is awesome. What started as a routine oil change ended with some additional repair work. Considering the was the second car we've had serviced at Toyota that has developed issues with the oil pan and plug being stripped and damaged maybe evaluate your processes for different makes and models. The damages both of my cars incurred seem to have stemmed from over tightening of parts? I'm not a mechanic so what do I know? In the end Fred worked with us and kept us in the loop and we were satisfied with the outcome but let's try not to destroy this new part :)
