Toyota should have called sooner about the service van diagnosis in addition to the text link they sent on service of the 2015 Chevy Express
2500. Or at some point before the rental car was due back to the dealership. I was charged an extra day just because I didnt bring the rental car back by 12:30pm. I recieved a call about the service van after 12:30pm when I should have recieved the call before the rental car was due back. I paid the diagnostic fee and left.

Take the truck home after service. Paid you all 50 some dollars to replace a cabin air filter. I am driving running the heat in truck and there is an odd noise coming from the glove box area. Ironically this is where the cabin air filter is located. So I call and leave a messenge for your service department about the issue with no call back no nothing. I see how your place managed so I guess my service business will be going to Indy where they will take care of there customers and ensure the debris that fall in the fan from filter replacement are removed prior to installing a new one. This service department has some issues and this will be reported to Toyota corporate has you have a standard you all have to maintain to remain under the branding and clearly you can’t get the simple thing right.
