Even after paying $169 to find the problem why my Highlander stalled and stopped in the middle of road Toyota was unable to determine the cause of such incident. It created anxiety in me to worry anytime my car can stop in the middle of road. Rodney mentioned that they checked everything they could. I expected that they should call helpline of main Toyota and find out the reason and fix it. I still urge management team to look into it. Thanks!

I had a left front wheel bearing replaced last Wednesday. I was driving to work this morning and I had a significant vibration in the left front wheel area.
I pulled off to the side of the road and noticed that 5 of the lug nuts were loose enough that I had to tighten them with my fingers. I’m not happy as this could have been even worse if the wheel had come off while I was driving and I am concerned about damage to the wheel studs.
