the new 4 runner has a light that says needs oil change at 5,000 miles that is normal for synthetic and normal oil is 3,000 miles so the truck went in and the shop says 10,000 miles so how is telling tall tales ??

So you rotated my tires but didn't check the pressures? My tire pressure light was on when I drove away. And we no longer do washes with service? I also used to get an inspection report that a service manager would review with me before I left, now some link to a confusing site with a walk around video of my vehicle for what purpose?
