I am not sure I could be less pleased with the experience of bringing my car to you all. I was over quoted 2x compared to what my insurance said should be charged which caused me to make an insurance claim vs paying myself. No loaner cars available and was told oh we work with Hertz when we don’t have cars but that never happened so I rented my own car. You didn’t replace one of the scuffed rims and said oh bring it back in. Then I let you know another issue with the battery that happens every time that you said you couldn’t replicate, but it happens every time. So a little frustrated overall, stuff happens, but this was not what I expected from the bad initial quote through the incomplete service.

I was not pleased to hear that my husband was not notified when he was waiting for my vehicle to be finished with the oil change and tire rotation. He brought it in however, your customer service person did not come and let him know when the car was ready. Instead, that person texted the phone number on file which is my phone number not my husband‘s phone number. Therefore he wound up waiting a lot longer and finally came in and talked to her and she said oh yeah your car‘s been ready for a while. I texted you I don’t understand why that person Could not have gotten up off her chair and walked out to the reception area where my husband was sitting and let him know like other customers had been notified by their customer service person. I think there needs to be better customer service there because I can’t come in at the present time because I had foot surgery. That is why my husband went in and took care of this for me.

Honda had our vehicle for over 2 months. Some of this was explained by waiting on parts to come in but most seemed to stem from incompetence within the company. It was often hard to get a hold of the service department and when our vehicle was dropped off at Chevy for them to look at the make important thing we wanted to have checked out wasn’t mentioned. It took over a month to have our transmission and cam shaft installed. Multiple times we were informed that Honda needed additional parts which added more time to the repair. We were given an extension of a warranty but overall we had a poor experience.
Going back and forth on job prices.
Racked up a large bill on going over
the car,saying this need fixing and that
need to be fixed.I came in with a bad battery
to be prorated.

My brakes have making a terrible high pitched noise when backing up. It happens when it rains and every morning. I looked it up and seems to be common with the accord. I complained this time and the last time I was in. Nothing was found or done. I’m sure Honda is aware but refusing to recall or fix. I plan to contact the better business bureau
