I particularly appreciate his "customer first" attitude in advising us on the top priorities ... and on what items could wait a bit since we were racking up quite a large bill on needed repairs on a 2008 vehicle. The price gouging was ridiculous. They quoted me a price that was three times as expensive as what my local mechanic charges. They charges over $200 dollars for the diagnostic, only to tell me the same thing that the free diagnostic at AutoZone told me. Then, when I told them I didn't want the repairs because they were trying to charge me the total value of the car, they tried to get me to talk with somebody in their "loyalty" department to trade in my vehicle. It really felt like a tactic to get me to accept pennies on the dollar on a trade in. Instead it made me want to never patronize this business again for repairs or a new vehicle
