Brad was fine as a service advisor. I have a 22 Odyssey EX which was denied extended warranty on struts and alignment at 46,800 miles. Could this be a problem with this model happening this early? This is a shock with a brand new car! This kind of expense with a van two years old is unheard of. We are entertaining other quotes for the work. I asked Brad to let us know if anything could be done to lower the cost as this is a new vehicle, but he has not responded. I visited 12/14. He notified us 12/16 of the non coverage and astronomical quote.
