Customer service was good. Was upset that rep told me that they cannot do an alignment under warranty. We have had an issue with the car since we took possession and even talked to the sales person and he said to bring it in.

Sam was fine. However, problem is NOT RESOLVED. I have been fighting this issue for nearly 4 weeks and after I don't know how many damn calls and texts, nothing is changed as the truck still has the vibration it came in with. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau Thursday morning and filing an official complaint. I need this vehicle to be ???? % right and it is anything but that. My patience is out the windows and I do NOT have time to keep messing around.

The issue was a camera that stopped working. It took 4 visits to get this taken care of. I live 2 hours away and the time to fix each time was at least 2 hours. So that’s 6 hours for each trip over a 4 month time period. I’m seriously thinking of trading this car just because of the hassle for service.
