Overall, I am ok with the service. However, south coast Toyota should review my comments below:
1. During wait for the service, I tried to find a quiet place to work and join my office meeting. I could not find a place. Music is so loud. It would be nice to have a small office booth to help the customers working while waiting.
2. I used to have a car service from the other dealer. They also offer washing car after service. However, I was told south coast Toyota don’t offer this service because of saving the water usage?
