Wonderful customer service. Richer was very professional and made sure that everything I asked for in the service was taken care of. He even contacted me personally when my car was finished. I will definitely bring my Toyota RAV4 back to South Coast for service again.

I drove into South Coast Toyota with the tire light on, I didn’t have an appointment. John was able to check the tire pressure immediately and then found the problem. He explained my tire would be taken care of, it was a very busy day so it would be a couple of hours and he would be checking in with me to give me updates.
