Nobody told me that there only will be a quick check that day if my vehicle is affected by the recall or not. So I left and after 45min I got the call that my car can be picked up again as the part needs to be ordered. knowing that I would have stayed and waited but I left and spend money and time of going back and forth. More transparency would have been great.

I was told everything was good with my car and when I was leaving, I noticed that the paperwork said that I declined some sort of a filter and then there was another filter that needed to be replaced or was checked off in the Red, but no one ever asked me if I would like to change the filter… I had to go back and ask and sure enough the woman helping me never notified me that the filter needed to be changed and I have the option to have them change it or not. I had to look at the paperwork myself to Discover that and went back and asked. It did not feel thorough or like I was being taken care of. Kind man, I believe his name is Jason, but I can’t recall. Came over to help me and apologized and was very thoughtful. If it wasn’t for him, I would never come back.
