Your service department continues to be a disaster. The staff is rude, impatient and could care less about the guest experience. They always have to complain they are short staffed and doing the best they can with mechanics calling off sick. Brought my car in for a check engine light has to do with the headlights. Was told it would be 4-6 hours due to people taking time off, the people who worked Saturday were all off on Mondays “so Monday is the worst day of the week to bring your car in” is what I was told. Why take the appointment and waste my time? Could wait 4-6 hours so I left and they could have cared less. Worst Toyota dealership I have ever encountered.

I brought by car in a Friday and left it over night. I made it clear I brought it there, and not a quick oil change location, to not only have the oil changed but mostly because I needed the tires and brakes to be checked. My car was looked at so late on Saturday that there was no time to ask for fleet approval to change the tires. I now have to take a day off work in order to get my tires changed.

Stephanie was very professional and great. Each time I get my car serviced there seems to be more scratches on my exterior paint and the time it takes 2-3 hours on average is in my opinion excessive. Especially since the car wash is well below standards. Your standards to not reflect pride and makes me question your workmanship overall, which leaves me with a lack of trust.
