Toyota kept my car for a full week and I have no idea if the problem is fixed. I was not given a car for the first two days and had to repeatedly call and check in on the status of my car and whether I would be given a loaner car.

I had my vehicle serviced. I also asked them to look at an issue (rattling noice) in the right rear door. They said they were unable to identify the noise even though I heard it right after I picked it up. I also now have a new issue that started right when I picked it up. When my tires rotate while driving it sounds like there is something stuck causing a “whoop whoop” noise while driving. So I was unable get my initial problem resolved and when I picked up my car I had a new one. I am very frustrated with the service I received and would love if some one reached out as soon as possible.
