They forgot to put back the tire stem caps because of trust I didn’t check and I didn’t know that on that time when I understand that I was far I try call but nobody responded I text back still I am waiting for response

When we last brought our car in for maintenance, we were not informed that the service performed at that time, despite not including an oil change, would count as a full service. As a result, when we returned for what we thought was the final service, we were surprised to find that we were required to pay.
Additionally, my husband, who is not fluent in English, had difficulty understanding the situation. Although the staff member assisting us spoke Spanish, she did not offer an explanation in Spanish, which left us feeling confused and frustrated. When my husband approached her again for clarification, she seemed unhelpful and visibly bothered, suggesting that we simply go to the cashier and pay. This lack of clear communication and professionalism was very disappointing.
We understand that misunderstandings can happen, but we feel that better communication, especially when language barriers are involved, is essential to ensure a positive customer experience. We would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and address the concerns raised.
Thank you for your attention to this issue. We look forward to your response and hope that steps will be taken to improve communication for future customers.

My vehicle had a flat left rear tire. The puncture was not on the side or edge of the tire. I was told that it was not repairable. Based on my personal knowledge of owning several vehicles over the past several years I knew that it was repairable. I was told that a new tire had to be ordered. I refused to have a new tire ordered, which would have cost me well over $200 dollars not including installation. I drove away feeling disappointed. I drove to Firestone Tires and asked the technician if my tire was repairable. I was told, “Yes!” I paid $38 dollars and felt that I was treated with honesty and respect.

I checked out. The. They didn’t have the part after they took my car back. I have still not heard about the part and a young man named Ray was supposed to call me the next day to let me know about it. I still have not heard about whether this part is in and ready for me to bring my car back in. I would have liked to talk to service agent te the part but didn’t.

I can appreciate that my car is old and the amount of driving I do puts a lot of wear and tear on the car. However, the value for what I’m getting seems to be decreasing each year. I can also appreciate that inflation has made everything more expensive, but it seems like every time I bring the car in for service something else needs an urgent and very costly repair. I’m told there’s no way to anticipate these repairs, but some sort of indication that this part or that part might be due for repair soon would be nice. If these expensive repairs can’t be anticipated, I can’t continue to have last minute financial burdens and will be forced to take my business somewhere less costly. Additionally, removing the car wash service severely reduces the value of your service. After this service, the heater in my car smells bad. I thought the cabin filter was changed. Normally the quality of the air is better after service. The service at the cashiers desk is also unsatisfactory. The folks are usually unfriendly and dismissive. Today’s issue was regarding the discount coupon. In the fine print it clearly says to present at time of purchase and I was told repeatedly that I needed to have presented it during the initial write up to the advisor. But that’s not what the directions on the coupon say to do. It was eventually resolved. The cashier told me to go outside and find one of the advisors to help me with the discount coupon. If this were still the 5 star service that was an incentive to keep coming back, the cashier would have taken care of this issue for me by contacting the appropriate individuals to get the discount approval instead of sending me out to do all the leg work. When I presented the suggestion to get the fine print reworded to be accurate, both the advisor and the cashier made excuses for why it is printed in the misleading way that it is and alluded to that the misleading wording probably won’t be fixed. Given all things and the decline in quality of service and value the last couple of years, I really need to reflect on whether this is the right place to take my business.

Great customer service, but the loaner vehicle was not clean. I only noticed the trash closely after I had left the dealership to go to work. There was trash and dirty slippers left in the vehicle from whoever used it last. I later cleaned and vacuumed the car myself. Other than that, I was satisfied with everything else. Thanks.
