When I looked at my vehicle, after it was returned, there was a surprisingly distinct hand print, in black or brown grease, on the front and top of the hood, near the latch.

We’ve been waiting over eight months for our second key for our Toyota grand Highlander. Received a letter in the mail stating that the key was ready at the dealership for programming, when the appointment was scheduled, we arrived to find out that there was no keys available. I had taken time off of work to make the appointment work for our schedule. I was very disappointed in the lack of communication from sunshine Toyota.
