The rust was not fixed, it was just painted over. This is not acceptable.

Have a leased car with 5 free oil changes. On the Keychain it shows when to get those oil changes 5, 10, 15, 20, 25k miles. I came in for my 25k oil change, but because I was slightly over the 25k mileage, it was no longer free. I think thats a rotten thing to do to a loyal customer.
