I was there to get my tires rotated. When I paid they pointed out an issue with one of my tires. Since i was getting ready to drive from Michigan to Florida, I decided to go ahead and get new tires because they said I MIGHT make it without issue. Really wish they had discussed this with me before I paid for a rotation. I think considering this they should have waived the cost of rotation.

The service was professional repaired and the timeline wasn’t bad for what was needed. Only question is I spent 2k on repairs and didn’t receive a complimentary car wash. My wife and I also have a Mercedes Benz, any service completed at the Kalamazoo center we have a car wash. Just a thought.
