The customer service is terrible. I personally had to call to get up dates on my vehicle. During the the time of my vehicle being "work on" i only received 4 update calls. Take my vehicle in during mid February take to March 25 to fix the issue.
Two parts were ordered wrong. Plus show up a few times just to make sure my vehicle was getting work on. It got to the point were I called warrant company to get information on parts being order. Plus I called my car loan ag,police and a lawyer to get information on vehicle owners rights.
