First, the text said a Josh Wiesenauer helped me, but I was helped by 2 different ladies, so this has nothing to do with Josh. Very hands off this time, felt rushed to hand my keys off and go to lobby, lady to told me truck was done, never made eye contact, don't like not having a sheet to see how my truck was serviced, and when I went back in to state TPMS sensors were not working, same lady never stopped typing or took her eyes off the screen. Much different feel than when it was InsKeep. Effects of Capital City Ford taking over already being seen. Disappointing.

We were satisfied with repairs. My only issue is the bill said we were told the price of heated seat repair and said we declined the repair but I assure you that we did not receive a call about that repair. Other than that things went well.
