I came in to your dealership, bought a vehicle and signed a we owe statement. The process of buying a vehicle was good. But the process of getting the pieces fix has been lackluster.I was owed some trim pieces and a sunglasses holder. Since buying the vehicle, I have had to be the one initiating contact to get the process going. This shouldn't have been the case. I am six weeks out after buying the vehicle and am still waiting to get it fixed
