There was apparently oil left on the chassis of the vehicle which led to a return visit to verify no leaks or cross threads. With a large oil spot in my driveway. The service adviser jumped on it immediately. However, it should have never occurred. Time consuming and unnecessary cleaning at home as well as a return trip for a simple oil change.
