Time to repair is too long. SA communication regarding status of repair is inadequate. Internal communication is poor. Consistency between visits is too variable. “Canned” text messages don’t align with vehicle’s status. Using “waiting on parts” is a poor excuse for poor internal processes.

I had to call them for updates, and it was never really clear on the problem till I had called for the last update. I was under the impression that you would keep me informed. Which only happened when I called after having the truck a couple of days. I had to ask for a rental till mine was fixed. That should have been discussed when they new it would be a two week job. The staff were very polite and accommodating but I should not have to ask what is going with my vehicle. I should have had updates from your staff. Instead, I was calling for updates.
