The overall experience is best in class. I have recommended so many people to give Akins a call since we bought our Jeep from Akins. From a service perspective, I wasn't sure where to pull in at. The service center is absolutely gigantic, and I thought it was a separate business until I saw an employee wearing an Akins shirt. Akins customer service is the benchmark for any industry. Vanessa is a shinning star on the Akins team. She acted real, and phony. She kept me posted throughout the repair process. When a dealership has a roundabout, you know their are the big boys!

Truck has been there for all service work since new. Not complaining about the work, but I am very dissatisfied with the fact that the transmission is not functioning properly for the past 8 months and when my wife brings in the truck for service and tells service writers about transmission issues (which is a know problem, just Google it) the response is, oh we test drove it and found nothing wrong. The freaking tires lock up when the transmission acts up. I work at a large dealer ship and this would be unacceptable.
