I came in to try and get just an oil change. I bought tires 3 days ago so I didn’t need tire rotation. I asked to get a lower price since I was only getting an oil change. It was half the labor to do just oil without tire rotation. It only took about an hour. I shouldn’t have to pay for labor I didn’t use. I would like to talk to Mr. Akins about this misjudgment. I also found damage to my van and called the service center to let y’all know.
