Battery change took less than an hour from arrival to drive out. Loved the checkout at the service reps desk which saved even more time.

Overall happy with the service provided by Vanessa and Jay. The team seemed very knowledgeable of the issue when I had taken the vehicle to two other mechanics without resolve. The communication was great. They were very attentive, understanding, and helpful with working through the issues my vehicle presented. We reached a resolution and we’re able to have the services performed. I would bring my vehicles into Akins and see Vanessa and Jay again. Very professional team.
The issue I had with the service was the radiator. The radiator was not related to the vehicle issue. To the best of my knowledge, it was in working order when brought in. The vehicle was inspected upon bringing it in and I was not notified of a radiator issue. I was notified of a radiator leak after further testing had been done, which could have occurred during the testing. We came to a compromise to get the radiator replaced and the reason the vehicle was brought in addressed.

Charles was all that you could ask for in relationship to getting our car fixed correctly and as expediently as possible. He was so helpful in seeing that an analysis was done on our Edge and scheduling it for repair and also seeing that we get a rental car. He also checked the car and brought our garage opener and door keys to me. I had forgotten about those. Then he called every day or two to keep us up-to-date on the progress being done. Needless to say, our car was ready in a week and there was nothing easier that to get a call saying your car in ready to go.
We would always like to use him for our service representative. ??

He was a very nice young man and figured out what I needed even when the service man Charles wasn’t there when I arrived. Charles knew the time o was coming and had the loaner car ready but Josh had to figure all of this out. He was very kind and followed up a few times while I was there then promptly called me the next day advising me what had been done to my brakes. He noticed it had been 3 times that my car had been in for the same thing and mentioned this and advised they wanted to figure this all out.
