Left my truck to work on the cam phaser rattle for 10 days and they didn’t work in it at all. Didn’t even gave me any loaner or rental though i asked for many times. While scheduling the appointment they said it will take 7 days and now they didn’t do any work after 12 days of having my truck. I asked service manager Josh Kern how long i have to wait to get it back and he said he dont know. The service have no time expectation and they can make me wait as long as they want without giving me any car for use. This is totally **** and this ford service is totally failed to do the service. Now i had to take my truck back as i have some vacation planned and im out of the queue again and god knows how long they will take to do the service. If this is not just a form to fill to show people that you guys care about us then do something and give me a call so i can understand you guys really read this.
