The technician didn't bring the specific tool to be able to rotate my son's tires. But he did let him know that a front end alignment was needed. My son let him know that he planned to do that when he bought new tires in about a month or so.

After arriving with no appointment during their busiest time during the day due to a transmission fluid leak, Jaylynn was prompt and eager to greet me and immediately assist me. Within 30 minutes, she had me diagnosed, explained everything easily and thoroughly and even quoted me a “higher” price so that I would not be shocked when it came time to pay. It was actually $100 CHEAPER than what she quoted me, which I was VERY pleased with. I was in and out within 2 hours and got to leave with my vehicle FIXED. I never felt like I was in the dark about what was going on or what I was going to have to pay. This was top notch service all around. Great facility. Great amenities. Great staff and GREAT SERVICE. I will ALWAYS buy from this location just so I can continue to receive the level of service they offer.

I ask Josh to correct the time on my expedition. Didn’t happen. I was very specific re MAKE NO CHANGES ON MY SETTINGS , so what happened, some smart guy changed the settings. After a while I get aggravated, told that to Josh, actually I wrote not leave settings-do not change. Guess what?
I am going to trade cars and will try another make and model. Sorry!
