I was not happy the same part that we recently had replaced went out again just a few weeks after our warranty expired. Although Vanessa tried her best to get it covered under the warranty. It leaves me worried about the work that was originally done and if I’m going to continue to see this pattern.

I made an appointment for 1230 drop off truck for oil change and service. Longshore short...I called around 430 to see if truck was ready and was told someone would need to call me back. No one called me back. We finally just went to dealership and had to wait until finished. They didn't start work on it until about 5pm. Definitely not going to continue using Akins for oil changes.

My initial request was for an oil change and tire rotation for service and to check my spark plugs and gas filter.
I received the inspection report and video which were really good. But the recommended service was not really needed. The spark plugs are cover replacement was completely but extremely expensive. If I had time I would have gone through a price comparison. The oil change and tire rotation were not done. I wasn't charged for them either so that was good. Cashier was super nice and enjoyable
