Vehicle was brought in for simple battery replacement under warranty. An appointment was made in advance. However, it took over 5 hours to complete the work. It was explained that the warranty claim required certain measures. This should have been explained in advance before my wife and 3 year old got stuck in the waiting room for 5 hours. Accommodations would have been made if we knew this standard work was more than a simple 30 minute battery swap.
