At drop off i was told that Ashley would keep me informed about the recall fix and it would be a day or two. 2 days later i still hadn't heard anything from Ashley so i called and was told that you had to order parts which would take another day or two. This after i scheduled the appointment specifically to address the recall. Why not order all parts before getting an appointment? At the end of day 4 since drop off i was told that the car was ready for pickup. Other dealers are better communicating
