After my Ram truck was serviced and tires were rotated, I left the dealership for home. Just 2 minutes down the road my tire pressure sensors went off. Turns out the technician did not readjust the air pressures for the new tire locations of 55psi in front and 45psi in back. I went home and made the adjustments myself.
The Oil Filter location is terrible on Rams and the technician also did not wipe up the oil that was dripping from the undercarriage leaving oil droplets on my garage floor.
I am a bit disappointed but there may have been someone in training or they don’t understand customer satisfaction being critical.
