I was overcome with Joy at my experience. I had just lost my Pop and had to travel to get two of my Military children home for the funeral. I needed to be sure my vehicle would go the distance. But I was running out of time. I arrived just at opening time and was pleased with how everyone greeted me and my son with such cheerful joy. Elvis was exceptional in understanding my worried mind and need to efficiently and quickly get through the service and be on my way to pick up my children from their respective bases. Elvis covered the "works" as it is called in great detail. Assuring me that all my concerns would be covered and my car was leaving travel ready! I was impressed and comforted by the excellent customer service and quality service! Such a simple thing... But meant so much in the moment! I am pleased with Akins Ford and recommended them! When due, I look forward to my next service run!
